Tell me when it changes

The numbers on this site move. Bots change what they charge, channels change what they call, and the cost of a trade is not what it was in June. Watching for that is the whole job, and it is the one thing we can do that you would otherwise have to do yourself every morning.

What we would tell you

A bot changed its fee. We read fees from the accounts bots collect into, not from what they advertise. When the number we read moves by more than that number normally moves, you hear about it the same day — with the transactions behind it.
A channel changed what it calls. Market cap at call time, how often its calls reach a DEX, how long its moves last. A channel that quietly shifts from calling fresh tokens to calling finished ones looks identical from the outside and completely different in the data.
A new fee collector appeared. We find accounts taking fees from traders that were not there last week. Some are new products; one of them was a service we had been mistaking for Photon for months.
The market itself moved. Graduation rate, median peak, the share of calls that finish underwater. Slow numbers, but when they move they move for a reason.

Why it is not switched on yet

Because we cannot yet prove a change is real. Our own measurements move on their own. We ran the same fee census three times in one day and got three different answers, all within sampling noise. An alert that fires on that is worse than no alert: it teaches you to ignore us.

So we are doing the boring part first. Every day we record every number we might alert on — 106 of them at the last count, 24 days in — and measure how much each one moves when nothing has happened. An alert fires only when a number moves further than it normally does. That threshold comes from the data, not from a guess.

We would rather be late and right. Our fee number for one bot was wrong for three weeks and we corrected it in public; if we had been running alerts then, we would have told you it changed three times when it had not.

Price

$99 / month
Every alert, by email, with the evidence attached. No signals, no calls to make, nothing to act on in a hurry — just the measurements you already read here, pushed to you when they stop being true.

Tell me what you would want watched

We are not taking money for this yet. Tell us what you would want to be alerted about and we will tell you honestly whether we can measure it. If we can, you are on the list at $99 when it goes live; if we cannot, we will say so.

Who this is for

People who have already read this site and built something on it: a tool that prices bot fees, a fund that checks what a call was worth, anyone whose work goes stale when our numbers move. If you only need the record once, buy the archive instead — alerts are for people who need it to stay true.
